Under general supervision, the Webinar Assistant is primarily responsible for the facilitation of webinars via online virtual platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams, to support subject matter experts in the delivery of presentations and training. This position is responsible for managing assigned webinars, virtual trainings, virtual meetings, and virtual conferences coordination of the webinar schedule and scheduling assignments to include sending out webinar appointments and links to presenters, participants, etc. The Innovations Institute at the UConn School of Social Work builds research-based, inclusive, culturally-responsive, and transformative child-, youth-and family-serving systems and services, and develops the capacity of the workforce within these systems.
